Hosparus Health Grief Services invites you to join for support, sharing, and conversation. Facilitated by our grief counselors, each session provides activities, grief education, self-regulation exercises, and practical tips for coping and self-care through the holidays. This program is for adults and is provided at no cost. Join us for one or all.

December 16: Tapping Resilience and Managing Holiday Stress
