You’re invited to explore the sacred gestures (mudras) that facilitate the body's energy flow.

The mudras featured in this class will help you attune to the emotional body.

Individuals invested in inner transformation and alchemy have used Mudras for centuries. Siddartha (Buddha) and Jesus are notable figures depicted using hand gestures. Mudras activate the nerve endings in the fingertips and toes that connect to the spine (the body’s main energy channel) and the organs.
