“The Coalition for Health Equity Conference aims to mobilize a diverse group of community leaders, in partnership with community members, to create innovative solutions that address current health equity issues. As we progress through a global health crisis, it is more important than ever to recognize how social and economic circumstances profoundly affect the way marginalized populations experience health and illness. By fostering awareness, advocacy, and collaboration, our mission is to unite our community around the common goal of improving health outcomes for all people.”
