What to expect: Learn to be aware of your surroundings, avoid conflict, and defend yourself in a physical altercation.
What to wear? Comfortable clothing with no zippers, buttons, or pockets, Please remove all jewelry and be sure to keep finger and toes nails trimmed well. Please arrive clean and with no perfume or lotions. Please tie back long hair.
