Join Sarah Woods, ERYT-500, on Sunday, March 8th at 2:00-3:30pm for a FREE gentle yoga flow, followed by Q & A session to discuss Soul Tree's 200-hr YTT Spring 2026 session. This multi-layered training will be a true intensive into Trauma Informed Yoga, your practice, and yourself.
Our YTT is so much more than a training to become a teacher, it is full of invaluable life skills, lifelong friendships, tools to cope with life challenges and so much more. All of this along with a quality education and certification to become a stellar Yoga Teacher if that's your path. Or simply join the training for your own evolution.
