Free Tai Chi Session in East Cobb!

Need a midweek reset? Step away from the hustle and join us for a guided, beginner-friendly Tai Chi session. It’s a great excuse to stretch out, breathe deep, and enjoy some gentle, stress-free movement with your neighbors.

This event is a special part of the "Summer School" Wednesday Night Series at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, where we gather the community for fun, learning, and fellowship.

• Gentle Movement: Learn basic, flowing Tai Chi movements focused on mindfulness and breathing.
• Beginner Friendly: Absolutely no prior experience is required! This session is designed for all ages and fitness levels.
• Community Connection: A welcoming, pressure-free environment to meet locals and unwind.

• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily.
• Flat, comfortable shoes (or you can practice barefoot/in socks).
