Through beginner-friendly movement, guided breathwork, and intentional rest, you’ll be supported in creating space for ease and returning to yourself.

Hosted in the upstairs space at KBB Salon, this intimate setting offers room for grounding, softness, and quiet connection — the perfect environment to reset your body and quiet your mind.

This experience is designed for anyone, both men and women, seeking a reset — whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply craving a moment to slow down. No prior yoga experience is needed.
