This Is Me Wellness Tour
This Is Me Wellness Tour is more than a series of events — it’s a movement created to support girls and the women raising them.
Designed for girls ages 10–18 and their mothers or caregivers, this experience creates a safe, uplifting space where girls can build confidence, express themselves freely, and learn practical wellness tools — while moms gain peace of mind knowing their daughters are supported, seen, and celebrated.
In a world where girls face pressure earlier than ever, This Is Me meets them where they are.
Through hands-on wellness workshops, creative labs, and guided discussions, girls explore:

✨ PAINT & SIP
✨ Confidence, self-worth & healthy coping skills
From natural hair care and beauty labs to art, music, theater, and creative expression, each session is designed to help girls release stress, discover their voice, and embrace who they are — without judgment.
Moms can expect a safe, structured, and nurturing environment led by caring facilitators who understand youth development, emotional wellness, and the realities today’s families face.
