Free Community Support Group at Kyndfolk, Waterworks Road, Worcester

✨ For parents/carers of neurodivergent children

Starting Wednesday 8th October, 12.30–1.30pm - every other week thereafter.

Kyndfolk, Waterworks Road, (Gheluvelt Park) Worcester

This is a peer support group, to offer connection, understanding, no judgement, and community for the parents and carers of neurodivergent children. (Diagnosed or not!).

A space to be held and heard.

Why?

I’ve felt so lonely while I’ve battled to advocate for my kids and work through the assessments, as well as all the other stress and pressure that comes with having neuro-spicy kids in a neurotypical world! So this group is my aim to reduce the loneliness and create understanding and community instead.

Grab a coffee and Join me in the Kyndfolk Community room, upstairs at Kyndfolk. (It’s where the pump house was in gheluvelt park, race course end) And of course, you’re welcome to stay on and enjoy lunch at Kyndfolk after.

The event is free, but please RSVP so I know numbers.

Each session will be lightly guided, with space for sharing, listening and supporting one another.

I’m an EFT practitioner. A tool that has been amazing at helping me to release stress and shift the beleifs that made me feel so full of guilt and shame. So I’ll also offer some gentle EFT tapping at the end of each session. Because I’ve found talking alone really doesn’t cut it when your nervous system is constantly on edge. So I’d love for you all to leave feeling slightly lighter, with a tool you can continue to use to support you.

💫 You are not alone. Come as you are - whether you’re overwhelmed, curious, hopeful or exhausted. This is a safe, welcoming space for you. Without conditions, judgment, shame or expectations.
