- Nearest Beryl Bike bay is in St George's Square
- Nearest bus stops are on St George's Lane North or Barbourne Road (Gheluvelt Park bus stop)
- Please refrain from driving if possible, so there isn't any additional parking pressure for our residential neighbours.

------------------------------------------
Accessibility:
Wheelchair accessible (no steps or stairs), service dogs welcome. There are benches for resting. The nearest Disabled parking bays are on St George's Walk. Please let us know if you have any specific accessibility questions.
------------------------------------------
Stall holder information:
- Stalls are charged £10 or 10% of takings, whichever is greater. All funds raised will go back into improving the children's experience at school. We keep this fee low to support local micro businesses.
- You may start to set up your stall from 14:00 on Thursday, 25th July.
- Any vehicles must enter through the Brook Street gates.
- All vehicles will need to be moved off-site by 14:55 as families will start to enter the playground.
- Vehicles must not enter the site before 17:00 due to safety.
------------------------------------------
Volunteer information:
This event couldn't run without volunteers! Most of our current committee are Year 6 parents. Please consider joining the committee.
Do you know a business who would like to donate a prize? Does your workplace offer a paid day off for volunteering?
Volunteers could be fathers, mothers, grandparents, aunties, uncles, high school sibilings or neighbours. We've added the time commitement. If you haven't helped with any fundraising events this year, now's your chance.
