Led by certified instructors specializing in prenatal fitness, this tailored FIT4BABY workout will help support your unique energy, stamina, and physical needs at any stage of pregnancy. This class is more than a workout, it’s a complete prenatal wellness experience that combines movement and connection in one supportive space.
This free event is made possible by Frederick Health and Family Connects Frederick County. Anyone currently pregnant and living in Frederick County is welcome to attend.
You will also learn about Family Connects Frederick County, a free service available to all Frederick County residents with a newborn which provides an at-home nurse visit when baby is about 3 weeks old.
Completely free, regardless of insurance coverage, this vital service is designed to support birth parents, newborns, and immediate family members with personalized and accessible health and community resources.
