About this Event

Sometimes you just need sweat, stretching, and women who get it. This is that opportunity.

Sixx Cool Moms Frederick is teaming up with the SOLDIERFIT team for an afternoon built just for us: part workout, part unwind, part actual conversation with other Frederick County moms who aren't scrolling through their phone while you talk to them.

What to expect:

• Arrival and connection time, refreshments included
• A mini bootcamp- low-barrier and partner-friendly (no fitness level required, just show up)
• Guided stretch, yoga, and relaxation to bring you back down
• More hang-out time to close the afternoon (and feel free to carry on elsewhere after and make it a night!)

No pressure to be the fittest mom in the room. No pressure to be anything other than there.
