Join us for a FREE pop-up experience designed to help kids explore their emotions in creative, playful ways! The Big Feelings Club is an interactive mental health club for children ages 4–10 that blends art, movement, and mindfulness to teach emotional coping skills and self-love.
Our mission: To help children learn how to cope with big feelings and love themselves—because no feeling is too big, and no heart is too small!
Led by licensed therapists, each group will enjoy hands-on activities, stories, and games tailored to their developmental stage:
Ages 4–5: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Ages 6–8: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Ages 9–10: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
🌈 Spots are limited — come be part of this proof-of-concept event that will help shape the full Big Feelings Club launch in 2026!
