Spooky Stretch & Flow: Halloween Yoga Adventure

Join us for a magical and silly Halloween yoga class designed just for kids ages 3–10 and their grown-ups! Spooky Stretch & Flow is a playful parent-and-child yoga class where little witches, superheroes, pumpkins, and goblins can move, breathe, and giggle their way through a not-so-spooky yoga adventure.

Costumes are highly encouraged, so come dressed in your Halloween best! We’ll stretch like skeletons, balance like bats, and breathe like calm little ghosts. This lighthearted session is perfect for beginners and includes age-appropriate movement, imagination, and connection between kids and their parents or caregivers.

No halloween event is complete without some goodies— every little yogi will receive a goodie bag to take home!
