About this Event
The session will center around outdoor yoga and encourage participants to mindfully connect with nature through their senses. The exact location will be confirmed closer to the event through an email to attendees.
It is recommended that participants please bring their own mats, clothing for the weather that is flexible and allows for movement (we will proceed in all weather), and some snacks to share at the end.
Attendees will have the opportunity to slow down, engage with the natural environment, and explore the mental, emotional, and physical health benefits associated with spending time in nature.
