About this Event

Film is built by teams of specialists, and visual effects artists play a key role in bringing scenes to life.

This 1-week intensive introduces you to compositing, the final stage of visual effects where all elements are combined into a seamless image. Using Nuke, you’ll learn how artists integrate footage, refine color, and build believable shots from multiple assets.

You’ll work hands-on to understand how professional VFX shots are assembled, giving you a clear first step into the world of visual effects.

Topics covered: Nuke's interface, node-based workflow, image compositing (merge), basic tracking, transforms, color management, rotoscoping

Class schedules may be adjusted based on availability and student interest.
