About this Event
This 1-week intensive workshop introduces you to the art of Compositing.
Compositing is the final stage of visual effects where all elements are combined into a seamless image using Nuke, the industry-standard software.
You’ll learn how artists integrate footage, refine colour, and build convincing shots from multiple filmed elements and computer-generated assets.
You’ll work hands-on to understand how professional VFX shots are assembled, giving you a clear first step into the world of visual effects.
Topics covered: Nuke's interface, node-based workflow, image compositing (merge), basic tracking, transforms, color management, rotoscoping
Class schedules may be adjusted based on availability and student interest.
