MYCC is excited to host our second FREE OPEN HOUSE event for Sattva Yoga Therapy, a yoga therapy service offered at our home studio, on Thursday August 14th from 10am-1pm, in celebration of world yoga therapy day!
During this open house you can:
-Learn more about yoga therapy from a trained yoga therapist
-Learn about upcoming yoga therapy events and group offerings
-Sign up for a complimentary yoga therapy mini-session the following week
-Receive a pass for free classes at MYCC
-Join a FREE special sound immersion experience from 12:00-12:30pm where you can relax in one of our aerial hammocks, zero gravity chairs, or on your mat.
