Learn more about the art of fermenting vegetables, and make one of our family’s favorites that’s easy to customize to your own taste: salsa! Take home a jar of deliciousness. After you taste it, you’ll never want to go back to fresh or canned salsa.Supplies and ingredients included in price. Sign up for all 5 classes for $285 and get supplies free! All class sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you are unable to participate, you may give your reservation to anyone of your choosing.

For vegetable and fruit classes, $25 value: 1 wide mouth quart canning jar, 1 Pickle Pebble, 1 Pickle Pipe, 1 Tough Band, 1 Tough Top.
For Dairy class, $20 value: 1 wide mouth quart canning jar, 1 Kefir Cap, 1 Multi Top
