Join us for a FREE OPEN HOUSE event to celebrate the first anniversary of Sattva Yoga Therapy on Global Yoga Therapy Day August 14th from 10am to 1pm. During this event we will have lots of activities going on. At the open house you can...
-Learn more about yoga or yoga therapy from a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).
-Tour our yoga studio and yoga therapy treatment room.
-Sign up for a free 2-week pass for classes at MYCC
-Sign up for a complimentary yoga therapy mini-session the following week (space is limited).
-Enjoy relaxation in one of our aerial hammocks or zero gravity chairs.
-Join a FREE adaptable chair yoga class (30 minutes) during the open house beginning at 10:30
-Explore some relaxing sound resonance from crystal singing bowls during a demonstration at 12:30 pm
