About this Event
Join us for a Free Meditation Class and experience the calm that simply your breath can provide! This in-person event is held every Thursday at 8:00 PM (PDT). The class takes place at 11512 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90025.
Our Free Meditation class begins with a talk from our Sifu (Sifu means teacher in Chinese). He talks about something related to Meditation, Mindfulness, or Martial Arts. We post the topic of the week on social media.

We then meditate together on our comfortable mats and cushions. Our calmly lit dojo and the gentle sound of our water fountain provides a quiet and relaxing space.
