Traditional Gefilte Fish / Seared Salmon fillet with garlic and olive oil / Golden Leek Patties (2 pcs) / Mini Chicken Skewers / Individual Chopped Liver cup with fig jam and caramelized onion

Salads – Choose 5 out of 12:

Moroccan carrot salad / Homemade Matbucha / Roasted eggplant salad with tahini / Fire-roasted pepper salad with garlic and parsley / Beet salad / Eggplant in mayo / Fried cauliflower / Spicy tomato salad / Tabbouleh with fresh herbs / Classic potato salad / Kohlrabi salad with preserved lemon / Homemade Moroccan olives
