Welcome to the Full Moon Meditation Gathering at The Art of Living Urban Retreat! Join us at 7:00 PM and immerse in an evening of relaxation and connection under the full moon. This in-person event will provide a sacred space for you to unwind and restore your energy. You will also get an introduction to our deep dive breathwork course! Let the soothing atmosphere, uplifting music and guided meditation help you recharge for the week ahead.
