In this workshop, you will learn about the three Ayurvedic Doshas; the three energies that make up our unique body constitution. We will learn about how they govern all physical and mental processes in the body, how to identify which are our prominent dosha(s) (our Prakruti & Vikruti), and what that means for our health and wellbeing. We’ll learn how doshas go out of balance, what each dosha looks like when it’s in balance and out of balance, and how to bring imbalanced doshas back into harmony.Sidney Walters is a NAMA Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner. She has completed international trainings in India and is currently enrolled in a psychosomatic practitioner program. Her work weaves together ancient healing traditions with somatic and energetic practices to support holistic wellbeing.
Magnolia Wellness Hour is a FREE Community Talk, every 2nd Tuesday in our conference room. Space is limited, and registration is required.
