Free Learn to Skate Clinic

More of a workshop than a clinic, this gives you the skills to skate outdoors safely and with confidence. You can repeat it as many times as you want.

Protective gear required, including helmets (a bike helmet will do), wristguards, elbow pads and kneepads. We'll have free loaner protective gear and skates available at the clinic. If you need to borrow loaner skates, please let us know your shoe size a few days in advance.

​If you plan to buy protective gear, you can buy them from us when you register. Pickup at the event and we'll make sure you get a good fit.

Park on the streets nearby. We'll meet at the outdoor skate hockey court next to the tennis court behind the recreation center building.
