✨ INTRODUCING: Root & Roar Yoga! ✨Starting this summer, I’m offering FREE kids yoga classes in the park—designed to build confidence, calm, and connection through movement, breath, and imagination. 🧘♀️🌿
🗓️ Classes begin Wednesday, June 25 and run every Wednesday & Saturday through August.
Each week includes:
✔️ An empowering affirmation (like “I am brave” or “I am kind”)
✔️ A themed yoga adventure (think jungle safaris, superheroes, gardens, and more!)
✔️ Breathwork, movement, storytelling, and mindfulness for kids ages 3-12
✔️ Take-home printables, coloring pages, and family-friendly tools
💛 No registration needed. Just show up with a mat or towel and a willingness to play!
