- Most people attend classes alone , so if you don't want to chase your mates to come along there is no need to wait , just come and try it out .
- Most people wear comfortable clothes and shoes that support their ankles , trainers without too much grip or leather bottomed shoes are great
- Guys tend to wear t shirts and trousers or jeans , ladies , jeans eggings dresses whatever they are comfortable in and can move in . Do remember that most venues do not allow jogging clothes as classes are held in br/restaurants
- DO brush teeth or chew mint/ chewing gum etc , do use deodrant , you will be dancing with other people hygene is important .
