Mastering the Freelance Mindset

Freelancing isn’t just about skills - it’s about mindset. This session addresses the emotional realities of freelance life, including self-doubt, rejection, and working alone. Through open discussion and practical tools, learners build resilience and strategies to sustain motivation and wellbeing.

• Understand the emotional challenges of freelance work
• Build resilience and healthier freelance habits

This session will be led by Annie Bell, time management and mindset coach. Annie is an ex-time-blocker and multi-tasker obsessed with helping people cut the noise, uncover what it is THEY really want, and not be held back by the confronting thoughts & feelings that are going to come up when we do something so brave and bold as to work for ourselves.
