Free Homebuyer Class

Virginia Housing’s free class walks first-time homebuyers through the entire process, from getting your personal finances and credit in shape, to working with a real estate agent and lender, to the home inspection and closing day. We’ll also go over the new responsibilities you’ll have as a homeowner.
