We’re teaming up with YoGallery Wellness in Louisville for a cozy evening of yoga, friends, and gratitude, all in support of neighbors right here in our community. Settle in for a candlelit slow flow with soothing sound bowls, then stick around for pie, warm cider, and good company.
Our neighbors at the Coal Creek Cafe have been writing down what they’re thankful for, and their notes will be up around the studio. Grab a little heart sticky and add your own! We’ll also share a bit about what we do and why this work matters.
