About this Event
Take a step toward a healthier, more connected version of yourself. Join us for a powerful eight-week series of free wellbeing workshops for adult women in Exeter, focused on helping you build your own wellbeing toolkit.
Please note: You only need to sign up for the first workshop to sign up for all of them.
This is more than just a workshop – it’s a welcoming space to reflect, learn, and grow alongside others navigating similar challenges.

Participant Eligibility:
This series is open to individuals over 18 who are:
- Cisgender women
- Transgender women or non-binary individuals who identify as women
