Join us on April 25th for RAWNY's 1st Annual "Diabetes Day" where we will be offering FREE Diabetic Eye Screenings to anyone in our community!
When: Saturday, April 25th, 2026 from 8am to 3pm
Where: 160 Sawgrass Drive, Suite 200 Rochester, NY 14620
Who: Anyone in our community 18+. You do not need to be a current patient of our practice to have a free eye screening.
Why: Diabetic eye disease is the #1 cause of blindness in working age Americans. Vision loss is preventable with EARLY detection and intervention. We are offering this free community service to fight preventable vision loss and help shorten the disparity in healthcare in our community.
Join us for a free eye screening with a retina specialist, RADE diabetes educators (10am-1pm), CCSI health coverage navigators (10am-2pm), free blood sugar checks, health snacks and swag bags!
