AcuSound: Acupuncture + Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply immersive, live ambient sound experience and a restorative acupuncture treatment. Very fine acupuncture needles combined with sound healing channel the healing vibrations throughout your body.

A sound bath is a full-body listening experience that uses sound waves to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. A sound bath helps tune the nervous system like one would tune a musical instrument.

The benefits of combining acupuncture with live-sound include:

Please bring water and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for easy access to acupuncture points.

*NOTE: You will be receiving acupuncture while resting in a comfy recliner chair in our community acupuncture room.

Doors open at 10:40am and event begins promptly at 11:00am.

Please arrive early enough to get settled in your spot and ample time to speak with the practitioners if you have any questions that need addressed before the event begins.

HOW TO FIND US:

We are located at The Park at Allens Creek. We are in BUILDING 132 on the ground floor!

The address is 132 Allens Creek Road, Suite 120, Rochester NY 14618.

PARKING:

Parking is available directly in front of the 132 building, or to the right side of the building.

If you are unable to do steps, park in front of the building, and take the path to the left of the building through the small courtyard. If stairs are not an issue, you can also park to the right of the building and take the steps by the directory. When you enter the building, we are just behind the stairs to the left on the ground floor.
