From Cindy:On behalf of Hearts for ALS NY, the Crop for an Impact 2026 fundraiser committee and myself, we would like to officially invite you to the 10th annual Crop for an Impact fundraiser which will be held on Saturday April 25, 2026 from 9:00am-5:00pm at the Greece Baptist Church (Dean Hall), 1230 Long Pond Road, Greece.
If you have attended before you know we provide an awesome fundraiser while you enjoy your favorite papercrafting and support this very important organization that supports persons with ALS and their caregivers in the Rochester and surrounding areas.
Here are the details:
Registration: You can register on the Hearts for ALS NY website at heartsforalsny.org and pay with paypal or you can print off the registration form on the website and mail in. (See website for address).
The website for this fundraiser has been adjusted to be super easy to register. Please note if you are registering online for you and a friend you will need to do two separate registration forms and payments.
Early bird donation is 45.00 until Feb. 27 and then 50.00 with registration ending on April 10. Please note when paying with paypal there is a 2.00 fee for paying online.
As you may know, the fundraiser sold out 2 months before the event last year. Like last year, there may be a nice surprise for the crafter whose registration is received first. Yay!
Event includes: 3-4 feet of table space per crafter, breakfast goodies, catered lunch (we are not able to use kitchen equipment therefore cant accomodate special diets), delish dessert, tons of awesome raffle baskets that you can purchase tickets (CASH and CHECKS ONLY), door prizes, goody bags, mystery bags, Grand Prize, Special prize, 50/50, fabulous vendors, Pauls treat drawing and a fantastic fun day with your gal pal friends and family while supporting this very important fundraiser.
Vendors: We will have fabulous vendors for your shopping pleasure. If you or a friend you know would be interested in being a vendor please send me a separate email for the details and separate registration form.
