This event is FREE of charge for veterans of the United States' armed forces. - Military veterans and active duty military of all ages are invited! (a family member may be seen, if space is available)

- Our clinic is fully ADA compliant and wheelchair friendly.
- Please bring your DD214 to your appointment. DD214s will be requested on site to prove veteran eligibility. An electronic copy of the DD214 will be accepted with photo ID.
