Free Custom Embroidered Patches for Members!

Are you an artist, crafter, maker or small buisiness wanting to embroider their idea onto a patch?
In this FREE 3 day CCM Members Only event, we will digitize your sketch, digital image or logo into a custom embroidered patch!
D&L Custom Threads will be setting up a commercial multi-needle embroidery machine in the sewing section of the Fab Lab, and from Fri-Sun, 10AM-6PM, we will strive to bring your ideas to life.
No need to bring anything besides your ideas, we'll be taking care of the rest. We will digitize the design ourselves, as well as giving a demonstration on digitizing using Hatch 3 Digitizer. A free trial exists for those wanting to follow along while I digitize.
These will not be low quality patches like the ones you'd normally get from overseas. We use a true commercial Happy Japan HCH-701P, and we strive to make the best quality patches we possibly can using waterproof heavy duty fabric and high quality Floriani and Madeira thread.
We will also give tips on proper setup and borders to create professional looking patches on a machine like a Brother 4x4 or 6x10. The secret is in the fabric cutting and hooping material for cut free, clean borders that have no fabric overhang like cheaper patches.
The resulting patches will last a very long time, with a lifetime warranty on the rare occasion something unravels. Yes, even for these free event patches. Our company is and always has been quality first, and our warranty is a true lifetime warranty with return shipping included.
Any patches ordered at the event we don't get done this weekend will be done at home and put in an envelope at the front desk for you to pick up at your convenience.

My partner and I started D&L Custom Threads three years ago, starting with a tiny 4x4 Brother SE630. We started off catering to a combat motorcycle association, and have since branched out to numerous chapters across several states. We focus on professional, custom embroidered patches anyone would be proud to display on their vests or jackets.
