Join us for a four-part interactive workshop exploring mindfulness, stress, and the connection between the mind and body. Led by Jared Fahmy, M.A. Candidate.
Here, participants will learn mindfulness and grounding tools to help them notice what they are feeling, understand what they need, and respond to stress and emotions with intention.
By introducing mindfulness, experiential exercises, and guided meditation, you will learn how to slow down and feel more grounded, develop self-compassion, and build a healthier relationship with emotions.
