Free CPR and First Aid Training with 2 Year Certification

Participants will learn the basics of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) techniques and procedures for adults and children, including chest compressions and rescue breaths. In addition, the certified instructor will review the essentials of first aid care including wound care, bleeding control, splinting and managing common medical emergencies such as allergic reactions, heart attacks and strokes. Finally, participants will learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) effectively in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. This training includes hands on practice sessions with realistic scenarios. Upon successful completion of this training, participants will receive a CPR/First Aid certification that is nationally recognized and meets industry standards, valid for 2 years.

Park in the lot near the old Target, facing TGI Fridays. Enter the building with the "Welcome to CareFirst" sign. Walk down the hall and take the door on your right. Avoid going to the Mall.
