Free Community Class: 108 Sun Salutations for Father's Day

Join us Sunday evening from 5:00–6:30 pm for a special Free Community Class led by Thy Le.
In honor of Father’s Day, this class will guide students through 108 Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutations, as a moving meditation on strength, discipline, gratitude, and renewal.
The number 108 is considered sacred in yoga and is often connected with wholeness, completion, and spiritual focus. Together, we’ll move breath by breath, honoring fathers, father figures, mentors, ancestors, and the steady inner strength that helps us rise.
All levels are welcome. You may complete all 108, modify, rest, or simply move with intention.
**Please note that this class is free of charge but you must register in advance because space is limited.
