Yoga & Mental Health Workshop (Led by a therapist)
Led by therapist and yoga teacher Jennette Stone, this workshop will explore the connection between mental health and the body while offering practical tools to support emotional well-being in daily life. Together, we’ll practice gentle movement, calming breathwork, grounding techniques, and reflective exercises in a compassionate, welcoming environment.
The afternoon will include:
• Gentle yoga practices for anxiety and depression
• Breathwork and mindfulness techniques
• Education on the nervous system, stress, and the vagus nerve
• Journaling and self-reflection
• Supportive tools for emotional wellness
• A deeply restful closing sound bath
No prior yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome exactly as they are.
