Join us for a nurturing 3-hour workshop designed to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or emotional overwhelm. This trauma-informed experience weaves together gentle yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, psychoeducation, nervous system support, journaling, and relaxation practices to help you feel more grounded, connected, and supported.
Led by therapist and yoga teacher Jennette Stone, this workshop will explore the connection between mental health and the body while offering practical tools to support emotional well-being in daily life. Together, we’ll practice gentle movement, calming breathwork, grounding techniques, and reflective exercises in a compassionate, welcoming environment.
The afternoon will include:
• Gentle yoga practices for anxiety and depression
• Breathwork and mindfulness techniques
• Education on the nervous system, stress, and the vagus nerve
• Journaling and self-reflection
• Supportive tools for emotional wellness
• A deeply restful closing sound bath
