Our hands-on Bleed Kit Training, delivered by the Major Trauma Unit at Queens Medical Centre, equips you with the skills and confidence to act fast when seconds count.

A bleed kit will hopefully be distributed to each city centre venue that participates

Certificates issued to each participant.

What you'll learn -

• Proper use of tourniquets
• Wound packing techniques
• Applying pressure to stop bleeding
• Utilizing items from a bleed control kit
