We are happy to inform you that the next Falun Dafa 9-Day Meditation Workshop in Westborough will be from May15th (Wed) to May23rd (Thurs). It is free of charge and open to public.
ABOUT FALUN DAFA
Falun Dafa also called Falun Gong is an ancient self-cultivation way based on the principles of truthfulness compassion and forbearance. Falun Dafa teaches these three principles as the fundamental qualities of the universe and that by assimilating to them a person can not only improve his or her physical health and wisdom but also to achieve the enlightenment.

WHAT TO LEARN
The 9-Day Workshop is a systematic way for new students to start learning Falun Dafa. The class is good for learners at all levels. The workshop consists of nine lectures and five meditative exercises. Each day students will watch one video lecture and then learn the Falun Dafa exercises. A full nine-day attendance is mandatory.
