WundaBar Pilates located in Belle Meade, TN will be hosting a free mat Pilates class at 1 Hotel! WundaBar Pilates translates their in studio experience to intense, head-to-toe core inspired workouts on the mat. It's the closest thing you can get to a studio experience without being on a machine!

This is free for all attendees and includes comped valet parking at 1Hotel. Bring your own mat.
