Poolside Pilates | Pop-Up Poolside Workout

Join us for a workout with Abide Pilates!

7PM - 8PM We workout! Casey, Owner of Abide Pilates will be popping us to teach us through a fun pilates class. Bring a mat to stretch out on!

8PM - 9PM We chill poolside and enjoy the sunset over Nashville from the Kenect rooftop!!

PARKING:

Park in the Kenect garage & ensure you have followed the Metropolis parking instructions to register your vehicle and parking account. Once you arrive to the event for check-in, we'll validate your parking. When in doubt, follow ALL blue Metropolis QR code signage in the garage to register your vehicle. Once your account is created, validation code will override any parking charges. :)

In case of rain, we will move our workout from outside to the FIRST FLOOR LOBBY of Kenect Nashville!
