Bring registration form to the tent on the FENCE House side at the beginning of the trail system. Registration from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Course cleared by 4:00 PM
Fees:
*Schooling Fee: $40 for FRC Members, $50 for non-members.
**Checks payable to FRC.
***Groups or individuals interested in schooling the water complex must email Margo Savage West at [email protected] and reserve a time in advance. Groups of 2 will be combined, no more than six in one group. Each group will have 20 minutes to school the water complex. Once you have received a time, please make sure you are on time and prompt. If you are a “no-show” you will be liable for the fee for your reserved time slot.
Entries:
All entries, fees, and release forms will be taken upon arrival at the FENCE Trail Tent (on right, just inside the main entrance to FENCE at 3381 Hunting Country Road, across from the show grounds).
Rules:
1. FRC RELEASE FORM must be signed by rider, or by parent or legal guardian, if rider is a minor, under 18. RELEASE may not be sign by trainer or instructor. Those without proper signature will not be allowed to ride.
2. Negative Coggins on participating horse (within one year) is required.
3. Rider must be accompanied by an instructor/coach or person responsible for their safety. Instructor may ride without paying the fee if they do not use the jumps or water complex (their horse is their transportation only).
4. ASTM/SEI approved helmets MUST be worn with harness secured when mounted. Safety vest required for all those who are jumping. The wearing of medical arm bands is highly recommended.
5. USEA safety and cruelty rules apply. Violators will be asked to leave the grounds.
Parking:
Participants can park in the FETA parking field. Overflow parking will be at the Show Grounds.
Water:
Nearest water is at the FENCE Center flagpole or at the Show Barns. Please bring your own equine and people refreshments.
