Andere wollen im Beruf besser vorankommen, wieder andere mit Studien- und Berufswahl die richtigen Weichen stellen. In Berlin gibt es mehrere Beratungsstellen für Frauen, in denen guter Rat nicht teuer, sondern kostenlos und vertraulich ist. Unterstützt wird bei persönlichen oder beruflichen Fragen, Zielen und Herausforderungen. Dabei, die eigenen Talente zu kennen und einen Kompass für die nächsten Schritte zu entwickeln. Das Treffen ist Teil des Women Power Circle, einer Gruppe von Frauen, die sich auf Augenhöhe begegnen, gegenseitig stärken und gemeinsam neue Wege gehen wollen. Der Kreis kommt im Rahmen des Projekts „ElevatHER – Overcoming the Gender Power Gap“ zusammen, in dem Organisationen aus fünf Ländern kooperieren.

Support services for career development and education in Berlin

In times of economic crisis, many people feel compelled to reorient themselves. Others want to advance their careers, while still others want to set the right course for their studies and career choices. In Berlin, there are several counselling centres for women where good advice is not expensive, but free and confidential. Support is provided for personal or professional questions, goals and challenges. The aim is to help women recognise their own talents and develop a compass for the next steps. Which advice centres are these in detail? And what does the Marie Women's Centre's further education and counselling project offer?
