We’ve teamed up with our friends at Four Pillars to bring you Balgownie Estate’s first ever gin dining experience. Kick off the evening with canapés and a Four Pillars Olive Leaf Martini on the deck before settling in for a four-course shared dining feast on communal tables in our Melba Room.
Curated by Head Chef Ben Murphy, the menu is designed to complement and amplify the flavours of Four Pillars’ signature gins, with each dish carefully paired to a different gin and some courses even featuring gin as a hero ingredient. Enjoy shared long-table dining, incredible food, world-class gin pairings, and the chance to purchase your favourites at the Four Pillars pop-up shop on the night.
