Breathe, stretch and sip with our new Yin & Vin wellbeing experience. Curated by the talented team at Mindful AF, this unique session blends gentle Yin Yoga with a glass of Balgownie wine to help you reconnect your body, mind, and a deeper sense of ease.
Designed for those seeking a simple and enjoyable approach to wellbeing, Yin & Vin invites you to move through a yoga sequence where your wine glass becomes part of each pose. You’ll explore balance, stillness, and body awareness while staying grounded and present, with a few good giggles and a glass of wine in hand.
