Start your day with relaxation and balance with our 60-minute Morning Flow Yoga class in collaboration with Mindful AF. This session offers gentle stretches and mindful practices designed to improve flexibility, better posture, and increase energy. After your Morning Flow Yoga experience, head to our 1309 restaurant where you can enjoy a nutritious Balgownie buffet breakfast.
