About this Event
Join us in the theater for our inaugural Founderβs Day as we honor the visionaries who built the Durham Center for Senior Life and celebrate the stories that continue to shape our community.
In 1949, the Golden Age Society was formed by Dr. John Lucas, Becky Heron, Jack Preiss, Patricia Roberson, and Howard Clement III. At this special celebration, we will reflect on their legacy, share stories among friends and family, and mark more than 76 years of carrying their vision forward.
Guests will also have the opportunity to honor a loved one by adding their name to a commemorative plaque that will be displayed at the Center.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Let us know you will be in attendance by calling 919-688-8247 ext. 110 to RSVP.
