Every Wednesday Beginning on June 10 at 6:00pm
An introduction for the beginner or a refresher course for the experienced practitioner. You will be guided through the core poses of yoga for strength, flexibility, balance and awareness with an emphasis on alignment and safe movement. Class includes essential yoga poses, breath awareness and relaxation techniques for stress reduction. You will feel more confident and self-assured with the skills needed for a fulfilling, lifelong yoga practice.
